Purchase Contract ( Not needed if you already own the property)

Entity Documents- Operating Agreement / Bylaws (All LLC documents must clearly state how the company is managed, who the managers are, and who the members are and % of ownership)

EIN Document

Latest 3 Months Bank Statements (Need to show at least 25% of Rehab/Construction budget on the most recent Bank Statement)

Copy of ID (Front and Back)

Sketch (As-is & Proposed sketch needed if you are changing the layout.)
